Recently I got a Sansa Fuze as a birthday present. It is really nice that can play music and movie. So I will give you a brief introduction of my Sansa Fuze.
The Sansa Fuze is a portable media player developed by SanDisk, and released on March 8, 2008. The Fuze is available in three different Flash memory capacities: 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB and mine is 8GB. Storage is expandable via a microSDHC slot. It has a 1.9 inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 220 by 176 pixels. The Fuze supports MP3, WAV, WMA audio file, and can display both pictures and videos, AVI, MPEG4, WMV, QuickTime, MPEG2, ASF can be played on it and you can also watch picture of BMP, JPEG, TIFF, GIF on it.
Here I will share with you how I put my own videos on my Sansa.
(Not only Sansa Fuze, but also other Sansa player that can play video)

Step 1. Download and install Aiseesoft Total Video Converter

Step 2. Load Video
You can load your video by clicking “Add File” button or clicking “File” button, you can choose “add file” on a drop-down list.

Step 3. Output format and Settings
From the “Profile” drop-down list you can find AVI, MPEG4, WMV and other formats that can be played on Sansa.

To have your own video settings you can click “settings” button.

After doing the 3 steps above, you can click “start” button to start conversion.
Tips:
1. Trim
There are 3 ways that you can trim your video.
a. You can drag the buttons(1) to set the start and end time
b. You can preview the video first and when you want to start trim click the left one of the pair buttons(2) when you want to end click the right one.
c. You can set the exact start and end time on the right side of the pop-up window.

2. Crop
There are 3 ways that you can crop your video.
a. We provide 7 modes on our “Crop Mode”(1)
b. You can set your own mode on the right side of the pop-up window(2)
c. You can drag frame to set your own crop mode(3)

3. Snapshot and merge into one file
If you like the current image of the video you can use the “Snapshot” option. Just click the “Snapshot” button the image will be saved and you can click the “Open” button next to “Snapshot” button to open your picture.
If you want to make several files output as one you can choose “Merge into one file”.

I used to buy a lot of DVDs, but since I split my time between the US and Europe, I found that half my discs wouldn't play on my Powerbook. Apple only lets you switch regions five times (though the studios actually say you're allowed to do this 25 times -- Apple actually imposes more restrictions than it has to), so I quickly ran out of region-switches and just gave up on DVDs for a while.

Thanks, DVD Converter Suite for Mac, for giving me back the access to my property that the MPAA and Apple took away.

This DVD Converter Suite for Mac actually includes two useful software: DVD Ripper for Mac and Video Converter for Mac.

It is everything you need to rip your DVD videos and convert your video files on Mac OS X for iPhone, iPod, Apple TV, Zune, Xbox 360, PS3, iRiver, Sony Walkman, Nokia, Creative Zen, Archos, PMP, Smart Phone, Pocket PC, cell phone, MP4 player, MP3 player, and many other video and audio players.
